Refund Window & Conditions

Every plan comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. Request your refund within 14 days of a charge and we will refund that charge in full.

How to Apply

You can request a refund by emailing us at info@ereasy.ai from the same address you used to make your purchase, including:

• Your Order Number (from your confirmation email)
• A brief explanation of why you're requesting a refund

We will review your request and notify you by email within 72 hours of receipt. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued for the following:

• Refund requests made more than 14 days after the qualifying charge
• Reasonable evidence of fraudulent or abusive behavior
